through CHILLEX™
Technology. The main features of CHILLEX™
are compact design, modern looks, higher capacity,
hygiene, most economical, fully automized, hence optimizing pungent oil extraction at
minimum overheads and space. Thus, the following chart
is showing the process of mustard oil production:
That Cake contains approx. 10% Oil which can be send to solvent extraction plant for further oil recovery. If Solvent Plant is not there, then it requires 1 or 2 crushing as per climatic conditions.
